Automation of the screwing process for mounting an element of the powertrain frame
Execution project, assembly, testing, commissioning assistance:
- Installation of automation electrical panels
- Wiring field elements
- Profinet and Ethernet cabling and connection for industrial data communications;
- Connecting cables to switchboards, testing, labeling, commissioning assistance.
- For the design, manufacture and delivery, the requirements and norms of Renault in the field were taken into account.
Beneficiary requirements
It was requested to create an application to
control an industrial machine in such a way as to perform a tightening process
at a set torque of the screws for the engine frame depending on the diversity of
the car.
